Returns

We do not offer returns under any circumstances.

Exchange

We do not offer any exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defected. In which case, we would need clear images of the products and once verified, the products would have to be dispatched to our warehouse address. Once we receive your consignment, your replacement products will be dispatched to you.

You can also choose to take store credit instead which would be valid for 6 months.

Late Payments

Delayed payment cycles would be liable to 5% interest rate on invoice amount after 20 days of late payment.
